From our family to yours...

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Sorry, no family photo to share...all of the ones we took today turned out blurry! The pic above is from Wyatt's first snowfall. In all we got about 6 inches of snow, so this picture was taken when it very first started snowing. We need to get him back out there before all of the pretty snow melts away!

We have so much to be thankful for this year...a strong marriage, a happy and healthy son, a cozy little home, awesome pets, a new job for me, continued job security for Karl, a 5-month maternity leave, our wonderful families and friends and so much more. This year we celebrated Thanksgiving with some new-ish friends and we had a really fabulous time with their family. A huge group of 15+ people, all laughing and talking and singing and playing guitar and eating and just having a great time. It was so fun! And now we're home safe and sound, and the house is warming up after the darn pilot light went out on the furnace while we were gone. Something else to be thankful for...that my dad is so smart that he can help us figure out how to get the pilot light back on and the heat going!!

Happy Thanksgiving, all! May you be surrounded by those you love today and always.
