Eventually I'll sew again, but right now I'm all about the garden and the kitchen. Last weekend I ventured in to the land of jam-making and made strawberry jam. It was a (picture-less) success, so this holiday weekend I decided to make peach jam!
I got a good deal on a case of organic peaches from our fruit/veg delivery place, and Karl helped me turn this:
It was a lot of work, but it tastes so good! We ended up with 6 jars of regular peach jam and 7 jars of slightly spiced peach jam. I can't wait to enjoy our homemade jam!
